Day 1:    Panama City

Arrival

1. Arrive in Panama City at any time. If you arrive later please contact your tour  guide. 

 2. Mandatory Dinner in Casco Antiguo: Join the group for a mandatory dinner in the historic Casco Antiguo district of Panama City.  This dinner is an essential part of the trip to meet your Tour Guide and other trip members. Each guest should call the tour guide to be informed about the time and gathering details.

 3. Accommodation: Not included. Guests need to pay for and choose their own convenient hotel in Panama City.

Day 2:    Panama City/Santa Fe de Veraguas

Travel to Santa Fe de Veraguas

1. Travel from Panama City to the tranquil mountain town of Santa Fe de Veraguas. Departing at 9 AM, the journey offers a scenic drive throug Panama’s lush landscapes, arriving around 6 PM. Santa Fe is known for its cool climate, beautiful gardens, and coffee plantations, providing a refreshing contrast to the bustling city

2. We provide the option of a charter flight to arrive in Santa Fe in less than an hour. It is optional and is not included in the package. If you choose this option, we'll have someone to pick you up and take you to the hotel

Day 3:    Santa Fe de Veraguas

1. Morning Yoga and Meditation Class: Begin your day with a peaceful yoga and meditation session in the serene  environment of Santa Fe. (Included)

2. Coffee Plantation Tour: Discover the rich heritage of Panama’s coffee industry with a visit to a local coffee plantation. Learn about the  intricate process of coffee production, from bean to cup, and enjoy tastings of some of the world’s finest brews. The tour highlights the region’s lush landscapes and offers a unique cultural experience. (Included)

3. Trekking to Cerro Tute (OPTIONAL) 

4. Free Time: Explore Santa Fe at your own pace or relax at the hotel.

Day 4:    Santa Fe de Veraguas

1. Morning Yoga and Meditation Class: Start your day with a rejuvenating yoga and meditation session. (Included)

2. Waterfall Hike: Experience the beauty of Santa Fe’s waterfalls. Hike to Alto de Piedra waterfalls, enjoy the lush surroundings, and take a refreshing swim in the natural pools. 

3. Free Time: Enjoy additional free time to explore the town or relax.

4. Accommodation: Hotel Anachoreo (or similar)

Day 5:    Santa Fe de Veraguas

1. Morning Yoga and Meditation Class

2. Santa Fe Orchid Reserve: Visit the Santa Fe Orchid Reserve to see a stunning variety of orchids and learn about the efforts to conserve these beautiful plants. 

3. Trekking to Cerro Mariposa (OPTIONAL)

4. Free Time: Spend the rest of the day exploring Santa Fe or relaxing at the hotel. 

5. Accommodation: Hotel Anachoreo (or similar)

Day 6:    Santa Fe de Veraguas/Santiago

Travel to Santiago

1. Depart at 9 AM for a short drive to the town of Santiago, arriving around 11 AM. Santiago is known for its rich cultural heritage and historical significance.

2. Museum Tour: Visit the Museo de la Nacionalidad in Santiago to learn about the cultural and historical heritage of Panama. The museum showcases artifacts, exhibits, and information about Panama's history and culture. 

3. Free Time: Explore Santiago, later we'll gather to have dinner in a local restaurant.

4. Accommodation: Hotel Gran David (or similar)

Day 7: Santiago/Ocú

Travel to Ocú

1. Depart at 9 AM for a drive to the traditional town of Ocú, arriving around 11 AM. Ocú is known for its cultural festivals and traditional  panamanian crafts.

2. Cultural Tour: Explore Ocú’s rich cultural heritage. Visit local artisans to learn about traditional crafts such as weaving and pottery. Visit the church and local sites during the afternoon. 

3. Enjoy local eating in Ocu fondas or small local restaurants. 

4. Free Time: Enjoy the town or visit local markets.

Return to  Santa Fe de Veraguas at around 3 PM.

Day 8:  Santa Fe de Veraguas

1. Morning Yoga and Meditation Class: Start your day with a rejuvenating yoga and meditation session.

2. In the morning we will gather to enjoy a walk through town. 

3. In the afternoon, experience the thrill of rafting on the Santa Maria River. Navigate through exhilarating rapids while enjoying the stunning natural scenery of the river and its surroundings. The Santa Maria River is known for its exciting rapids and beautiful scenery. (Optional, $60, not included in the package and needs to be paid on site)

For those who prefer a more tranquil activity, options are available

Day 9: Santa Fe de Veraguas

1. Morning Yoga and Meditation Class: Begin your day with a peaceful yoga and meditation session. (Included)

2.  Trekking to Tucanes Trail (OPTIONAL) Enjoy Birdwatching, especially toucans, lush vegetation, and serene environment.

3. Horseback Riding: Explore the beautiful landscapes of Santa Fe on horseback, experiencing the region from a unique perspective. The horseback  riding will take place in the scenic areas surrounding Santa Fe, offering beautiful views and a unique experience. 

4. Free Time: Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

5. Accommodation: Hotel Anachoreo (or similar)

Day 10: Santa Fe de Veraguas

1. Morning Yoga and Meditation Class: Start your day with a rejuvenating yoga and meditation session. (Included)

2. Visit to TORREFACTORA is a coffee roastery and processing facility. Here, coffee beans are roasted and prepared for consumption. Santa Fe, known for its high-altitude coffee plantations, produces some of the best coffee in Panama, and the torrefactora plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and flavor of the local coffee.

3. Free Time: Spend the rest of the day exploring or relaxing. We will provide with optional activities to do in town. 

4. Accommodation: Hotel Anachoreo (or similar)

Day 11: Santa Fe de Veraguas

1. Morning Yoga and Meditation Class: Begin your day with a peaceful yoga and meditation session. (Included)

2. Hot Springs Visit: Relax in the natural hot springs near Santa Fe, enjoying the soothing waters and beautiful surroundings.(Included)

3. Free Time: Enjoy additional free time to explore the town or relax.

Day 12: Santa Fe de Veraguas/Panama City

Return to Panama City

1. Travel back to Panama City for your final night, departing at 9 AM and arriving around 6 PM.

2. In the evening, join your group for a farewell dinner to celebrate the adventure and share memories. (Dinner not included)

3. Accommodation: Not included. Guests need to pay for and choose their own convenient hotel in Panama City.

You have the option to return on a charter flight, we will provide the information upon request. the flight ticket is not included.
