Ultimate 6-Day Panama City Tour

 

Day 1: Arrival and Orientation

Upon arrival at Tocumen International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your assigned hotel in the heart of Panama City.

After settling in, the group will head to Casco Antiguo for a delightful dinner  in one of the historic district's charming restaurants, where you can soak in the vibrant nightlife and colonial charm of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 2: Panama Canal and City Exploration

Start your day with a visit to the iconic Miraflores Locks at the Panama Canal, marveling at the engineering feats as ships pass through.

For lunch, you have two options: enjoy a meal at the restaurant overlooking the Miraflores Locks for a unique dining experience, or opt for a more light and affordable lunch at a restaurant in the City of Knowledge in Clayton.

After lunch, take a guided tour of the Biodiversity Museum (Biomuseo) designed by Frank Gehry, and stroll along the Amador Causeway.

The evening is free for you to explore or relax at your hotel, with dining options at some of the city's top-rated restaurants. We will provide dining options near the hotel. 

Day 3: Soberanía National Park and Monkey Island

Venture into nature with a trip to Soberanía National Park, exploring the famous Pipeline Road renowned for its birdwatching and diverse wildlife.

Visit Monkey Island on Gatun Lake to see various species of monkeys up close. After exploring Soberanía National Park and Monkey Island in the morning, we'll head to Albrook Mall for some shopping and a delightful lunch.

Albrook Mall boasts a wide variety of dining options, ensuring there's something to satisfy every palate.

The day ends with a leisurely evening back in Panama City, with dinner options at local restaurants.

Day 4: Cultural Immersion in Valle de Antón

Travel to the picturesque town of Valle de Antón, located in the crater of an extinct volcano.

Explore the local market, Chorro El Macho waterfall, and the El Nispero Zoo and Botanical Garden. Enjoy a traditional Panamanian lunch and relax in walking around el Valle.

We'll return to Panama City for dinner at El Trapiche, a renowned restaurant offering authentic Panamanian cuisine.

Day 5: Beach Day at Punta Chame

Spend the day at Punta Chame, a stunning beach destination known for its white sands and clear waters.

Relax on the beach or try out water sports like kite surfing, paddleboarding, or kayaking. After a beachfront lunch, continue enjoying the beach before returning to Panama City for a farewell dinner with the group at a popular restaurant.

Day 6: Final Day and Departure Visit the Panama Viejo ruins, the original site of Panama City, and explore its historical significance. After the visit, We will have lunch in the modern neighborhood of Costa del Este. 

Enjoy some last-minute shopping or relaxation before your departure.
